Educational Workshops

Educational Workshop & Activity Options Available!

Our  workshop Managing Anxiety during COVID-19  is a six-part, ninety minute (each session)  series designed to help individuals understand and improve overall management of anxiety.

The series is set up like a virtual class, with each of the six sessions providing information that builds on what was taught in the previous workshop. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with Social Worker(s) and other participants struggling with similar circumstances by exchanging thoughts and perceptions, however focus is primarily on learning and applying concepts.

Strategies offered will be practiced in class and may be used immediately. Once registered, confirmed participants will receive a packet via email containing  fact sheets, worksheets and reliable resources.
